We want you to love your Strawberry Life purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items Used or damaged items, gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges We replace items only if defective or damaged. Email us at support@cmshlife.com.
